New habits

They say it takes 21 days to form a habit.

Who does?

Everyone. Just google it.

Don’t know from where this bit of factoid came. But kikki-k makes a lovely pad to help you form weekly good habits.

So in my move to be healthy and gorgeous I am using my kikki-k pad.

The things on the list stem from the goals I started just under a week ago: focusing on sleep, fitness and food.

And I get to tick things off!!! Yay.
